Update!

Like many teachers/teaching artists, I have been working on how to adapt lessons/activities to online formats during the pandemic.

Previous Work

For the 2018-2019 school year, I served as teaching artist and resident music director for the youth theatre programs at The Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH.

I worked with kids ages 6-17 to put on 9 musicals over the course of 10 months.

I taught and re-arranged the music as necessary, in addition to altering accompaniment tracks and sound designing each production.

I also assistant taught improv and acting classes as needed.

One of my biggest passion-projects was creating The Palace's first ever youth acappella group in the winter of 2018.

My work in education is incredibly rewarding and valuable to me because...

  • it reminds me daily of the importance of play, imagination, energy, and passion

  • it forces me to find new ways to engage with & create theatre

  • it introduces me to so many amazing young people who are constantly challenging me to be a better person and artist

My Philosophies

I believe the best educational experiences are born out of mutual respect and a shared sense of joy.
